Subscription terms

The plans

• Monthly: $4.99 every month until you cancel.
• Yearly: $19.99 every year until you cancel.
• Lifetime: $39.99 once, with no renewals. It gives Pro on the web for as long as Watermark Ready runs; if we ever close the service, we will tell you at least 90 days in advance.
• 7-day pass: $3.99 once. Pro for 7 days from the moment the payment goes through, then the account goes back to Free. Nothing renews and you can't be charged again. Buying another pass while one is running adds 7 days at its end.

Prices are in US dollars. Depending on where you live, VAT or sales tax may be added; the total is shown before you pay. Pro on the web is separate from the Android app, which is sold on Google Play.

Paying and renewing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Pro starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year and charges the same payment method, and Stripe emails you a receipt every time. Your account page shows the date of the next renewal.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page, in one step, or by email. After cancelling, Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for and the subscription doesn't renew. You won't be charged again.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries again over the following days and emails you so you can update your card. Pro stays on while it retries. If the payment still can't be taken, the subscription ends and the account goes back to Free.

Price changes

If we change the price of a plan you have, we will email you at least 30 days before your next renewal at the new price. You can cancel before then. Lifetime purchases never cost more after you have paid.

Right of withdrawal

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. Because Pro starts straight away, the law would let us keep a proportionate part of the price; we don't, and refund the full amount instead, except for a 7-day pass after its first 48 hours, where we refund the days it still has left. To withdraw, use Withdraw from contract here, linked from your account page and the bottom of every page, or email office@pixelworkssoftware.com with the email address of your account. We confirm every withdrawal by email, with the date and time we received it. See the refund policy for renewals and how refunds are paid.
