Billing questions
The full rules are in the subscription terms and the refund policy.
What happens when I cancel?
Pro stays on until the end of the month or year you paid for, then the subscription stops and the account goes back to Free. You won't be charged again. Cancel from your account page in one step.
Does the yearly plan renew automatically?
Yes, once a year at the same price, until you cancel. Stripe emails a receipt for every payment.
What does lifetime mean?
One payment unlocks Pro on the web for as long as Watermark Ready runs, with no renewals. It covers the web app, not the Android app, which is sold on Google Play.
What is the 7-day pass?
One payment of $3.99 for 7 days of Pro, starting when you pay. It doesn't renew, so there's nothing to cancel: after 7 days the account goes back to Free. Buy another while it's running and it adds 7 more days.
Can I get a refund?
Write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it; for a 7-day pass, within 48 hours of buying it. The refund policy has the details, including renewals.
How can I pay?
By card, and with Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports them. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
Can I use Watermark Ready for client work?
Yes. Free and Pro can both be used for personal and commercial work, and nothing of ours is added to your files.
Do you add tax?
Prices are shown in US dollars. Depending on where you live, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout; the total is always shown before you pay.
Does Pro on the web unlock the Android app?
No. The Android app has its own purchase on Google Play, and Google requires in-app purchases there to go through its billing.
